Cancellation Policy

12+ Hours Notice

No fee. Cancel anytime with at least 12 hours notice before your scheduled appointment.

Less than 12 Hours Notice

$50 late cancellation fee applies if you cancel with less than 12 hours notice.

Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows

$50 fee. We understand emergencies happen, but last-minute cancellations prevent us from serving other customers.

Weather Exceptions

No fee if service is canceled due to bad weather. Your safety and ours comes first.

Comeback / Satisfaction Policy

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you notice any streaks, smudges, or missed spots within 48 hours of your cleaning, just let us know. We'll come back and fix it at no charge.

48-Hour Window

Report any issues within 48 hours for a free comeback service to make it right.

After 48 Hours

New dirt, pollen, rain spots, or debris are considered environmental and not part of the original job. A new cleaning appointment can be scheduled at the regular rate.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds, but we stand by our work and will always make things right if something was missed on our end.
