I'm 19 years old and I've been working for myself since I was 17. I always knew I wanted to build something of my own. So I grabbed a mower, loaded up my minivan, and started knocking on doors.

The Journey So Far
🌱 Dom's Exclusive
I was 17 and knew I wanted something different. So I started Dom's Exclusive, mowing lawns around Clifton Park and Halfmoon. Just me and a minivan. No business plan. I just wanted to build something on my own. Picked up customers one by one, mostly neighbors who took a chance on a kid who showed up on time.
🪟 Vivo Outdoor Services
Rebranded to Vivo Outdoor Services and kept building. Then customers started asking if I did windows. So I learned. Got the equipment, figured out the techniques, started offering it alongside lawn care. Something clicked. I liked this way more than mowing. There was a craft to it. Seeing how different a home looked after I was done gave me something mowing never did.
🎯 All-In on Windows
Dropped lawn care completely. Rebranded from Vivo Outdoor Services to Vivo Home Services. Went 100% into windows and gutters. Built out service plans, developed RainShield Tech, started running real ads. This stopped being a side project and became my career.
🔥 Now
I'm 19. Finishing my associate's degree at HVCC. Serving 18+ towns across the Capital Region with a perfect 5.0 on Google. Every repeat customer and every referral tells me the same thing: you don't need to be the biggest. You just need to show up, do clean work, and actually care.
